Building Shoes for Windows: to use both VC6 DLLs and VC9 DLLs

_why had built some DLLs with VC6. But I'm using VC9 because Microsoft had ended distributing VC6 a long time ago. So, I had a problem. :(

But, luckily I got a solution today! Look at this. :-D
