Looks like it could build dist and pkg perfectly, but shoes-0.r1251.exe has never open Shoes app window....

hack 006: Building Shoes for Windows
I've been learning about building Shoes for Windows with Ruby 1.9.1 (mswin32) by trial and error. Here is a memo so far.
